Frederick TransIT Meet-the-MARC shuttle bus driver Pam Kolb, and Operations Manager Christy Jones.
August 6, 2007 Dear Director TransIT Services of Frederick, MD: For the past ten years, I have been a daily rider on the “Meet-the-Marc” shuttle to catch the Marc Commuter Train from the Point of Rocks, Maryland station. I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate the shuttle drivers that I have had over the years. Enough words cannot be said regarding their professionalism, dedication, pleasing personalities, and their striving to accommodate their passengers. Many of them I know by name but many of them I do not know by name - only their smiling face as they picked me up each morning and evening.
